See if I’m The right fit for you

As a licensed therapist, mental performance coach, and former D1 athlete, I have a unique blend of personal and professional experience that informs my work in helping people develop the mental strength it takes to thrive under pressure while maintaining well-being.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that are practical, solutions-focused, and informed by the basic belief that we all have the capacity to develop the skills of real toughness that are needed to perform optimally and meet the demands of competition and life with purpose and composure. My priority is fostering a strong relationship with each client, built on compassion, respect, and mutual understanding of your goals and what it will take to reach them.

My purpose-fueled framework is rooted in a humanistic approach, recognizing that you are more than just an athlete (or fill in an important role you play in your life here). To enhance performance, I consider the whole person—acknowledging the cultural, environmental, and personal factors that shape how you show up both on and off the field. Through this framework you will:

  • gain clarity around values that drive your decisions and goals;

  • increase the self-awareness necessary for making change;

  • build tolerance for discomfort because this is where real growth occurs;

  • learn skills that help you meet the demands of the moment with confidence and composure;

  • recognize your worth doesn't solely depend on your performance because you are more than what you achieve (and knowing this make you less fragile in the face of adversity);

  • find motivation in a purpose that keeps you moving in the direction of your goals and values, even when things get tough (because they will).
